Tim Birk, President and CEO

Tim Birk brings 30 years of payment system industry experience with proven leadership skills and experience with both large and start-up enterprises. In his role with ReadyFUND$, Tim is responsible for the company strategy, performance and leadership of the management team.

His extensive experience includes: President of FSV Payment Systems Inc., Executive Vice President of Springbok Services, President of the Retail Division of International Check Services Inc., and President / CEO of Deluxe Payment Protection Systems. Mr. Birk has served in many capacities within the payments industry including: Member of Branded Prepaid Card Association, Charter Member of NACHA Electric Check Steering Committee, Member of the Federal Reserve Bank's Payment System Task Force, Member of the National Retail Federation's Check Fraud Task Force and Advisory Board Member of Altrec.com.

His education was completed at the NACHA Payments Institute and Seattle Pacific University.

Tony Sweets, Information Technology Architect

Tony is a 17-year veteran in the software industry. For the past 10 years he has been working exclusively on Java enterprise web applications in the financial sector. 

Tony possesses a wide range of skills, but likes to work mostly on Java Applications and the tools that make the development process better. Tony holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming.

Shay Boudreaux, Program and Marketing Manager

Shay brings over 12 years of experience in business marketing, sales and operations management to ReadyFUND$. She is responsible for ReadyFUND$ Program Management and marketing to Channel Partners, Employer Clients and ReadyFUND$ Cardholders.

Her background includes time as Assistant Marketing Director, Sales Supervisor and Operations Manager with a fortune 500 company. She received her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing her Masters at the University of Denver.

LaDonna Parker, Client Services Manager

LaDonna Parker has been with ReadyFUND$ for 7 years. In her role as Manager of Client Services, LaDonna and her Team are responsible for Client implementation, Client operations and Client support.  LaDonna and her Team take pride in providing outstanding customer service to ReadyFUND$ Clients and our Cardholders.

Prior to joining ReadyFUND$, LaDonna held several management positions in consumer financial services and in the restaurant industry. LaDonna currently holds a degree in Business Administration.

Sarah Friden, National Sales Manager

Sarah brings 11 years of sales and territory management experience in financial services and telecommunications. Her experience with four Fortune 500 companies as a corporate account manager, national inside sales manager and corporate sales trainer have led Sarah to be recognized for establishing high standards for quality performance, exceeding quotas and contributing to the achievement of corporate goals.

In her role as sales manager, Sarah is responsible to recruit, lead, develop and manage the ReadyFUND$ sales organization to rapidly grow company revenue and meet company financial objectives nationwide. Sarah holds her Bachelors in International Business for the University of Oklahoma with a minor in Japanese Language.
