Have you received your new Silver ReadyFund$ Payroll Card?
If you have not received your new card, please update your mailing address under My Card Account, then watch for your new card to arrive in November or early December.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The blue card beginning with 5463 will soon be retired. Do not destroy your old card until your employer deposits to your new card.
By December 15, 2013 you will need to:
► Spend the funds on your blue card, or
► Transfer the funds from your blue card to your new silver card by using the transfer to bank account feature
Be Aware! The transfer funds process takes 1-3 business days
To transfer all or part of your balance, follow these simple steps:
► Click the link below for your card beginning with 5463
► Select the eZtransfer option under my card account
► Select “Card to a Bank Account”
► Enter your information in the required fields and select “Personal Checking”
► The routing # for transferring or depositing funds to your new silver card is 061120835
► The bank account # for transferring or depositing funds to your new silver card is the 13 digit Card ID number on the back of your blue card
► Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your new card (there will be no fee for this transaction)
► Read the terms and conditions and check the box that says “I Agree” then click “Continue”
► You will receive a Confirmation Message that your transaction is complete
► Log out of your account
► Click the link below for your card beginning with 5244 to set up your new account
You can perform additional transfers until your employer changes your direct deposits to your new silver card
Note: If any funds remain on the blue card at the end of the year, a check will be cut and mailed to you. This process takes several weeks.
